NARRICOT PROTECTIVE HOSE COVERINGS

Narricot has designed and developed a unique, woven nylon tubular sleeving that is ideal for use as a protective covering on hydraulic and industrial hoses. 

Woven with a tight, multifilament nylon construction, our seamless tubular sleeving is extremely durable, and offers outstanding wear protection for your hoses, as well as superior safety protection for your front line personnel. 

Narricot's nylon tubular sleeving has been engineered to provide unmatched levels of wear resistance. It is ideal for use in severe applications, where harsh environmental conditions may cause damaging wear and tear on unprotected hoses.

Specifically, the protection that our sleeving offers is threefold: 

    First – Narricot's rugged and durable woven nylon construction offers unmatched levels of cut and abrasion resistance, better protecting your hose.  With superior wear protection, hose life is greatly extended, significantly reducing your replacement costs and material down time.

    Second – The tight weave of our seamless tubular sleeving helps disperse the flow of fluid from the hose in higher psi applications. If damage or rupture occurs on your flexible hose, the Narricot tubular sleeving will help retain and disperse the fluid within the confines of the sleeving, thereby helping to protect your front line personnel.  If hoses are left uncovered any hot escaping sprays could potentially injure nearby personnel.

    Third – Narricot's nylon tubular sleeving withstands temperatures up to 275F (135C), and fully passes flammability tests.  Narricot has MSHA acceptance .  On the other side, extremes in cold temperature will not affect our sleeving – there would be no stiffening of the material in extreme cold conditions.

We manufacture and stock our nylon tubular sleeving in a variety of different inside diameter (I.D.) sizes.  In addition, new sizes can be custom designed for your unique applications upon consultation with our Sales personnel.

Custom printing on our sleeving with your company name, logo, and / or hose specifications is also available from Narricot. This value-added option can enable you to further differentiate your hoses amongst your customers, prospects and competitors.  As our sleeving color is black, print color is typically white.
